The question behind the research

Is this a real seat worth taking?

None of those documents, on its own, tells you whether the seat is a real hunt. The work is connecting the evidence—and knowing what is still missing.

Use the brief to prepare for the room, or decide whether you want to be in it.

Pages 1–2 carry the call, the bottom line, the scores, and the swing question. The rest of the brief supports them.

Plus the Shortlist view: the company against three peers on seven checks, the Appendix, and every source.

Coverage follows the evidence. Private and venture-backed companies disclose less, so their briefs run shorter and identify what is missing.

A few things to know.

Questions
How is this different from interview coaching?

It’s research on the company and the seat, rather than interview technique. You get the evidence, our read, and questions to ask.

What if there’s no hunter seat open?

You still get the full company brief.

Can you cover private or venture-backed companies?

Less information is public. Those briefs run shorter and clearly say what is missing.

How current is the brief?

Every brief is dated. Check the data-as-of date and review any changes before your interview.

What does “not public” mean?

We did not find an answer in public sources. We do not estimate OTE, quota or attainment to fill a gap.

What is the refund policy?

You get a full refund if we miss the 48-hour window, can't build a brief for the company or role, or deliver the wrong one. If the posting comes down before delivery, we still deliver, and you can switch to another seat at the same company at no charge. Factual errors are corrected free. Otherwise, briefs are non-refundable once delivered. Full details are in the Terms.

Can I order a rerun or a second company?

Yes. Reruns and bundles are discounted—email hello@morningquarters.com to ask.
