Morning Quarters
Terms
These terms apply when you use morningquarters.com or order a Morning Quarters brief. Morning Quarters is operated by John Reichert ("we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
A Morning Quarters brief is a research report on one company and one open sales role, delivered as a dated PDF. It is built from public sources: company filings, earnings calls, the company's job postings, public records, news and market pay benchmarks.
- Delivery: within 48 hours of your order, by email.
- No hunter seat open: you still receive the full company brief.
- Private and venture-backed companies disclose less, so their briefs run shorter and say what is missing.
- Price: shown at checkout. Additional companies and reruns are offered at a discount; ask us.
What a brief is, and what it isn't
- Every brief reflects public information as of the date printed on it. Things change, so check for updates before your interview.
- Facts are sourced and our interpretations are labeled. We do not estimate OTE, quota or attainment. When something isn't public, the brief says so.
- A brief is research to help you prepare. It is not legal, financial, tax or career advice, and it does not guarantee an interview, an offer or any other outcome.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by any company we cover. Company names and trademarks belong to their owners.
- We work carefully and check every brief, but we cannot guarantee that every public source is accurate or complete.
Your use of the brief
The brief is licensed to you for your own research and interview preparation. You may keep it and print it. Please do not republish it, resell it, share it publicly or use it to build a competing product. Our site and briefs are our work, and we keep all rights not granted here.
Payment
- Payment is due in full when you order. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
- Your receipt is emailed to the address you order with.
Refunds
- Late delivery: if we don't deliver within 48 hours, you get a full refund.
- We can't build it: if we can't build a brief for the company or role you asked for (for example, too little public information, or the posting isn't a sales role), you get a full refund. We check this before any work starts.
- Wrong company or role: if we deliver the wrong company or role, we will redo it or refund you in full, your choice.
- Posting removed: if the job posting is removed before delivery, we still deliver your brief. We save the posting when you order, so the seat analysis stands. If you'd rather, we will switch your brief to another open seat at the same company at no charge, or give you a discount on a brief for a different company. A removed posting is not grounds for a refund.
- Factual errors: if a brief contains a factual error, tell us and we will correct it and send a new version at no charge. Corrections are not grounds for a refund.
- Everything else: once delivered, briefs are non-refundable, including for a change of mind, a canceled interview, or disagreement with our interpretation.
- Complimentary briefs are not eligible for refunds.
To request a refund, correction or seat switch, email hello@morningquarters.com from the address you ordered with.
Limits of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a brief or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that brief. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities or earnings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you order applies to that order.
